If your order is incorrect: Although it’s a very rare occurrence, these things can happen sometimes! Please contact me within 28days of the dispatch date. When contacting me, you will have to provide me with your order number and a photograph of the item that you received. The correct item will then be sent out to you, for no additional cost – on my next posting date.
If your order arrives damaged:
I will happily send out a replacement. Please contact me within 28days of the dispatch date. When contacting me, you will have to provide me with your order number and a photograph of the damaged item. A new item will then be sent out to you, for no additional cost – on my next posting date. If I am unable to send our a replacement, if the item is out of stock for example, then I will offer you to choose another item of the same value – or a refund if you prefer.
Although it’s unlikely – If your product breaks within 28 days of dispatch, I will replace the item free of charge. For this to happen, you will need to contact me within 28 days from dispatch, providing your order number and a photo of the broken item.

Any items that have been sent as a gift in your order or “freebies” will not be replaced should they arrive damaged or if they break within 28 days of your order being dispatched.
